About this website
Passenger.care is operated by Marianna Ukrainets, LL.M., IČO 56496907, Bociania ulica 434/3, 931 01 Šamorín, Slovakia. The website provides information about software for airline claims teams and supports business enquiries. Contact: sales@passenger.care.
Product information and evaluations
Descriptions explain the platform and its intended workflows. The rule versions, supported case types, integrations, deployment, responsibilities and acceptance criteria for an airline are agreed for that engagement. Pilot proposals and discussion briefs are starting points for a conversation; they do not create a purchase, booking, service commitment or software licence.
Illustrative cases and response examples use synthetic information and are not passenger-specific advice or compensation decisions. Product screenshots identify their example data. Airlines remain responsible for their authorised decisions and agreed operating procedures.
Business contact
The contact-page tool prepares text locally for your email application. You choose whether to send the message. Preparing, copying or opening that text does not confirm that an enquiry has been received. Please use this channel for business discussions, not passenger claims or passenger records.
Permitted use
You may view the website and share its public links and discussion brief for evaluation of Passenger.care. Please retain the context and attribution when sharing the brief. Other use of our branding, artwork or material may require permission. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorised access.
Availability and other websites
We may update the website and its materials. Contact us if information appears incorrect or if you need confirmation of a feature for a particular project. Linked external websites are operated by their respective providers.
Privacy and applicable law
Personal-data handling is described in our Privacy Policy. Slovak law applies to use of this website, subject to any mandatory rights and rules that apply to you. A separately agreed product or services contract governs the corresponding engagement.
