Cookies and browser storage

CookieYes stores an essential consent preference, usually named cookieyes-consent, to remember your category choices. Its retention follows the CookieYes banner configuration. The site does not use localStorage or sessionStorage for analytics.

Analytics and external services

Google Tag Manager loads CookieYes so you can choose your preferences. Google Analytics 4 starts only after you allow analytics. It may then set first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_* to distinguish visits and measure usage. The exact lifetime follows the Google tag configuration and your browser settings. We measure page views and defined interaction events to understand which pages people use and whether they open the evaluation guide, reach the contact page, start preparing an email, prepare it, copy it or open their email application. We do not send the organisation name, role, message text, email address, passenger information or a prepared email to Google Analytics. The page URL sent for analytics excludes its query string.

Rejecting analytics keeps GA4 blocked. You can change your choice using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Withdrawing analytics consent removes standard Google Analytics cookies from this site and reloads the page. Advertising and remarketing tags are not configured. CookieYes may count banner displays and page loads in its consent dashboard, including before you make an analytics choice; this is separate from GA4 visitor reports.

SiteGround's technical access logs operate independently of optional analytics and are explained in the Privacy Policy. They give us basic operational visit and error information even when analytics is rejected.

Email and provider links

Preparing a message on the contact page does not submit it. If you open your email application or visit an external provider link, that service operates under its own settings and policies.

We will update this notice if the tools, purposes or cookie inventory change.
